At Eira Circle, we curate seamless, considered travel experiences for clients who expect more than just a booking.
These Terms & Conditions outline how we work with you.
Eira Circle operates by affiliation with Envoyage, a division of Flight Centre Travel Group.

1. Our Role
We act as your trusted advisor and booking agent, designing and arranging travel experiences on your behalf.
While we carefully select our global partners, your booking is ultimately fulfilled by third-party travel providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators), each with their own terms and conditions.
2. Your Booking
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:
You are authorised to act on behalf of all travellers in your party
You have reviewed and accepted both our Terms and the relevant supplier terms*
3. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is:
Quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Subject to availability at time of confirmation
Travel pricing can fluctuate due to factors outside our control, including:
Supplier pricing changes
Currency movements
Government taxes and surcharges
Deposits and payment deadlines will be clearly outlined in your proposal. Failure to meet these may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Travel plans can evolve — we’ll always do our best to assist.
However:
Changes or cancellations may incur supplier fees
Eira Circle planning and service fees are non-refundable, unless required by law
If your travel provider changes or cancels a service, we will support you in finding the best possible alternative, though we are not responsible for supplier-led changes.
5. Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you are travel-ready.
This includes:
Valid passports (typically with 6 months’ validity)
Visas and entry requirements
Health documentation and vaccinations
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey. For peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance covering:
Cancellation and delays
Medical expenses
Loss of belongings
Unless explicitly stated, insurance is not included in your booking.
7. Our Responsibility
We are here to guide, design, and support your journey — including 24/7 assistance while you travel.
We act as an intermediary:
We are not responsible for the performance of travel providers
We cannot control delays, disruptions, or service issues outside our influence
Where required by law, including under Australian Consumer Law, your rights remain fully protected.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information with care and discretion.
Your data is used only to:
Arrange and manage your travel
Communicate with relevant partners
We comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR for EU clients.
9. Unexpected Events
Occasionally, circumstances beyond anyone’s control may impact travel, such as:
Natural events
Government restrictions
Transport disruptions
While we cannot be held responsible for these situations, we will always advocate for you and assist wherever possible.
10. Feedback & Support
If something isn’t quite right during your travels, we encourage you to let us or your provider know immediately so it can be addressed in real time.
We’re here before, during, and after your journey.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
